Woot-woot, how retro are these? The Simplicity pattern is a true 1966 vintage classic. The '48 is a reproduction pattern published recently. (I fancied myself dressing like this around the house while I was on maternity leave, eating bonbons and ringing a little bell when I wanted the maid to bring me more champagne.) Yeah, that didn't happen.

I would simply LOVE that 1966 pattern! And the other one is also lovely :)
Thank you for the giveaway!
These are lovely! They make me want to invest in a bell and eat some bon bons... :)
Oh...I very much in love with the 6676 simplicity pattern. Thanks for the giveaway!!
OMG! I am certain I had that exact pattern back in '66. Princess lines in dresses were all the rage back then. They sewed up quickly and looked fabulous on. I think I made at least 6 dresses with that pattern and all in Fortrel or a similar man-made, non-breathing fiber. Man was I hot ... literally.
Don't put my name in for the draw because the last time I was a size 10 was probably back in '66. Whomever wins that pattern will just love it!
Love them!
I love them both but the Simplicity pattern is to die for. I would wear that dress any day.
Thanks,
Erin
