Let Me Less-Than-Wow You

Do you ever make something really pretty then take some un-spectacular photos of it?
Let me less-than-wow you with some crochet work I did recently.  Always behind on the latest trends, I finally got with the times and made my mom an infinity scarf for Christmas. I love all the different options for wearing it. We have the bra-strap-showing option:

The not quite centred properly option:

And the shelf-for-my-boobs option. (Out of focus to boot!)

Which are all too bad as this scarf turned out better than expected.  I can only crochet one stitch well, so it's a simple pattern stitched in a rectangle using a soft chunky weight yarn and a large hook.  I had to pop the scarf in the mail in time for the holidays, so these are my only pathetic bragging-rights photos.

dont know yerself too much gal, its a really nice gift and am sure your mum will love it. i finally started a flower poncho for myself last week (i had an unexpected 3day stint in hospital), and havent managed to pick it up again since being back home, so good on you that you finished something. your daughter is a great sport too for posing.
