Channelling Cindy Brady

I was feeling nostalgic when I bought the gnome print.

Happy little guys, huh?

This dress style screams Brady Bunch! to me.

We've even got the Cindy Brady pigtails, but as you can see from V's outerwear, this dress will have to wait until next summer to make it's debut.

What charming fabric! I love the way you have matched the red but without it being 'in your face', so to speak. :)

I'm with Ellyn - a turtlekneck and thick knee-high socks!!! I love how some of the gnomes are wearing glasses :)

Layers mama layers! That is how us Canadian mamas get the most out of the cutest clothes! And this definitely qualifies as the cutest! I don't think I have met a dropped waist I didn't like.

Wow, it's adorable. And yep, Melissa is right--I was just going to say--put a long sleeved shirt and tights underneath, and you're good to go. My girls wear their dresses all year round that way up here in Montreal.

A few people asked where to get the gnome fabric - it's a Michael Miller print that I got locally at a quilt shop in Canada. You should be able to find it online too.
