Feeling Vintage Month Giveaway/Winner (closed)

This giveaway is now closed. The winner was #53, Trisha.

I'm glad to ring in another year (hangover free!), but 2010 sounds so futuristic. I'm feeling kind of vintage which is why I'm dubbing January Vintage Month at my blog. All month I'll be crafting up bits of nostalgia/retro/vintage. What's the distinction anyway? It scares me when I see items from my own childhood in the antique category at stores. Am I antique too?!

How I digress. Let's start the new year with a giveaway: two 1/2 metres of Michael Miller's Kid's Toile fabric in seafoam and brown. I like the nostalgic little scenes of the children.

TO ENTER: simply leave a comment at the end of this post. Open to everyone (overseas too). Make sure that I can reach you either via your blog or by leaving an email. I will draw a winner at Random.org midday on January 3rd, 2010. It feels weird typing 2010.

I love you, I love you, a *thousand* times I love you! I bought a quilting kit from JoAnn's that had this toile in it, and I fell in love. Could not find it ANYWHERE, had no clue whatsoever who made it. Searched high and low. And now, thanks to you, I have *found* it. THANK YOU!! :)

Ah, sewing dork, starting the year off right aren't you! I'm here in the SLC airport waiting for my flight on starfall.com with my 2 year old. I'd love to win this and then make a bag like the ones you gave a way as Christmas gifts. Is there a tutorial in the works? Keep up the good crafting!

Love the fabric. It makes me feel a little old too, when I see prints from my childhood and they are labeled "vintage". I could make some cute things with it. Can't wait to see what you come up with this year!!!

Hi, I love, love, love this fabric. Soooo cute!! Also love your blog and your many ideas and tutorials. I am making my granddaughter a pair of flannel lined pants (your inspiration) right now and went to your blog to double check the instructions. Also, I wanted to say that your little girl is so cute-she and my little almost 2 year old granddaughter look a LOT alike! It's really uncanny. Anyway, thanks again and keep the good ideas coming.

I LOVE this fabric! My 19 month old girl would look so great in this! I'm mid-way of trying to toddler proof my bedroom/sewing area so that I can spend more time sewing while she plays in the corner. Not sure if it is really possible, but I'm making an effort! Sanity has to come from some where.
